Reunite With Your Breath | Yoga With Adriene


Join me for this 19 minute pranayama breath practice! Stay nice and low to the ground in this session as you learn to develop breathing techniques for stress relief, anxiety relief, over all balance and wellbeing. This Yoga With Adriene practice invites you to get curious, invite in a new consciousness, and slow things down.

The breath is the baseline.

Experience reuniting with the breath with just a few deep inhales and exhales.

Begin to cultivate a strong relationship with your breath and call upon it in times of stress or fear, to feel more calm and centered, even out strong emotional feelings and aid in better sleep.

When in doubt, return to the breath!

Yoga Tips For The Hands | Yoga With Adriene


In this 18 min workshop style practice, we work to bring some awareness to the sweet hands and wrists.

With so many joints in the hands, this is a body part that is susceptible to injury and arthritis if not properly taken care of and where many yogi’s often experience wrist fatigue or pain.

Optimal alignment and weight distribution in the hands and wrists are very important and in this video, Adriene guides the proper hand placement in poses like downward facing dog.

Stretch out the fingers, warm up the wrists, and set up for success with a strong foundation.

Learn to reside in the role of the observer and hop on the mat for this special Yoga Belly practice!

Our relationship to our belly needs some love, it needs some real work. It’s going to take us being brave enough, kind enough, bold enough to slip back into the role of the observer to notice our thoughts and words and how they make us feel.

For those wondering what that hologram tech is all about, that’s The Mirror, a gadget which shows a translucent video image of a trainer, so you can watch them AND yourself at the same time to mak sure you’re doing everything just right.

The $1500 system offers sessions of yoga, pilates, barre, boxing, stretching, and more.

Looks like Demi is doing some kind of mix of stretching and dance? Whatever it is, her chief fitness goal is a tight butt.
